Debt is Bad for Your Health

by Brandon Eley ~ June 14th, 2008. Filed under: News.

An article published by CNN says that stress is bad for your health. According to the article, people with high levels of debt experience more severe health problems such as anxiety, ulcers and heart attacks than those without debt.

The higher stress of having debt also made it harder to concentrate and accomplish goals, the study said. These findings are not really hard to believe, but should be a wake-up call to us Americans. Our fast-paced lifestyle of living above our means is affecting more than our bank accounts.

    hi,

I first trap in debt is because of using credit card. I was so eager to redeem points to get free stuffs. I kept in my mind if I using credit card I can also have free items from the redeem points. It’s all went out wrong when I start delay in paying the bill and the interest keep rocking up.

Now, I take bank loan to settle my credit card debt ( request for full settlement )and the interest is much lower. The monthly payment is also getting lower compare to the credit cards bill.

Anyway, don’t use credit card. Just pay cash to buy something. I’m agree with your title post . I have a happy life before I started using that plastic.
